Kent Thaler, Vice President of International Concepts Unlimited, has been engaged in marketing, product development and sourcing in the Orient for 18 years. A graduate of Reed College, Kent has turned a "useless" history degree into a productive entrepreneurial career. His regular trips to China are critical to ICU’s excellent communication and solid relations with factory sources. Kent loves the challenge of finding new resources for ICU clients.
ICU President/CEO Michael Thaler’s background is diverse. He has run factories in Puerto Rico, developed new businesses for a major toy company, run a chain of retail stores, pioneered programs for the home shopping industry and worked with major retailers from Walmart to Saks Fifth Avenue. Mike learned long ago how to succeed in a global economy. With ICU, he specializes in raising the profits of client firms through identifying lower cost opportunities.
Victoria Kang, Managing Director, ICU China has several years experience in Construction Supply sourcing in China. With a degree in International Finance from Huaxia University, Xiamen China, Victoria brings a fresh perspective to ICU China's sales, sourcing and expediting departments. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fukinese, she communicates with both local vendors and international customers easily. Victoria and her team provide excellent on the ground support to ICU clients.
