    1. ICU and its factory sources are working to provide the lowest possible product cost.  The goods are sold to you at the point of origin (FOB port - China) avoiding increases for financing your receivable.

    2. In this context, terms are very simple - 50% deposit to start production and 50% when the goods ship    (a copy of the onboard Bill of Lading is provided to you shortly after your goods are loaded onto a ship).
